We are a small team in Lausanne working on safeguarding, ethics and disciplinary matters across international gymnastics. Every open position is listed below — if a role is not here, we are not hiring for it.

The GEF is independent of the FIG and of its member federations. Staff may not hold a position in a gymnastics federation or club while employed here. We ask about this at interview, not after an offer.

About the position

Case officers are the first people to read a report. You decide whether what has come in falls within the GEF’s mandate, you stay in contact with the person who sent it, and you hand the case on in a state someone else can pick up.

You will read difficult material. Clinical supervision and psychological support are part of the role, and we talk about that at interview rather than after you start.
